Ann Greene

Candler Ann Jackson Greene, 82, went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, March 8, 2011. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Mrs. Greene had retired from the Customer Service Department of Dillards Department Store, and was a longtime member of Francis Asbury United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Greene was the daughter of the late Margaret Jackson Sawyer, and was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert Sawyer. Surviving are her husband, Grady Greene, Jr. and son, Dr. Jeffrey Greene of Missoula, MT. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with the Rev. Charlie Sams officiating.
