Anne Manning

Asheville - Anne Muriel Manning, 82, passed away Wednesday December 22, 2010. A native of Jefferson County, AL she had lived in Asheville for the past 10 years and was a member of Woodland Hills Church. Anne was a daughter of the late Bomer H. and Iva Lee Harper and wife of the late Albert Norris Manning. Surviving are her son, Alan Manning, son Michael Manning and wife, Sandra, grandchildren, David and Daniel Manning, Sabrina Rainey and Coreen Manning, great granddaughter, Zoe Gaunt. Graveside services will be held 2 PM Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Joe Dillon officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 PM Thursday, at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
