Austin C. Pace, Jr.

Swannanoa Austin Clemmon Pace, Jr., 80, of Swannanoa died Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Mr. Pace was born in Canton on January 18, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, Austin Clemmon and Finney Gosnell Pace; his wife, Neaple Ramsey Pace; his son, Don Pace and daughter, Peggy Gill. Surviving is his sister, Selma Pace. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Pruitt and Rev. Gerald Sprinkle officiating. Burial will follow in Teagues Chapel UMC Cemetery. The family will receive friends 9:30 to 10:30 AM Saturday prior to services at the funeral home.
