Betty Harris

Raleigh Betty Ann Ratliff Harris, 67, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. A native of Buncombe County, she had lived most of her life in Raleigh. Mrs. Harris was a daughter of the late Herman Ratliff and Anna Tolley Ratliff Ball. Surviving are her husband, Anthony Harris of the home; son, Johnny Tolley and wife Rhonda of Black Mountain; daughter, Tammy Ledford, step son, Anthony Harris, Jr. and step daughters, Charelle Harris and husband Daniel and Kymberlee Harris all of Raleigh; 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Rebecca Henderson and husband Gail, Anna Catolster and husband Bear and Teresa Fagan and husband Jason. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Don Welborn officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.
