Betty Jo Harris

Woodfin – Betty Jo Jarvis Harris, 93, formerly of 76 Walnut Lane, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at the Emerald Ridge Rehabilitation and Care Center. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, former member of Elk Mountain Baptist Church and retired from Square D Corporation where she had served for 27 years. She was a daughter of the late William Gayle Jarvis and Sue Addie Sisk Jarvis and was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ray Harris, son and daughter (twins) and her 4 siblings. Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Private burial will be held at Elk Mountain Cemetery.
