Betty Radcliff

Asheville Betty Louise Radcliff, 83, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at her home. A native of Henderson County. She lived most of her life in Buncombe County, was a member of Grassy Branch Baptist Church and was fluent in Braille. Mrs. Radcliff was a daughter of the late Charles Melvin and Etta Osteen Johnson. Surviving are her husband, Johnny Radcliff of the home; daughter, Wanda Radcliff; sisters, Juanita Laughter, Mary Sue Berry and Frances Greene and husband Paul and brother, Charles David Johnson and wife Cathy. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Friday, August 24, 2012 at Grassy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Reese officiating. Burial will follow in Sky View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Friday at the church.
