Bobby Crooke

Asheville – James Robert “Bobby” Crooke, 77, of 90 Fairfax Avenue, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 18, 2020 at his residence. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he had been employed with Shoney’s Restaurant since 1967 and was a member of First Christian Church in Asheville. Mr. Crooke was the son of the late James Hobert Crooke and Frances Elizabeth Ballard Crooke. A private burial was held at Pisgah View Memorial Park. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
