Asheville Herbert Buster Allen, 74, of Magnolia Health Care Center died Thursday January 10, 2002. A native of Buncombe County. He was the grandson of the Late Mrs. C.C. Allen formerly of Asheville. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with burial to follow in Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 1 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
