Cartie Mae Rathburn

Asheville - Cartie Mae Rice Rathburn, 95, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2003 at Emerald Ridge Rehabilitation and Care Center. Surviving are her daughter, Barbara Cintron of Asheville; grandson, Joseph Wayne Smith of Fairfax Station, Virginia; sister, Dorothy Hall of Asheville and several nieces and nephews. Private burial will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorials may be made to: American Diabetes Association, P.O.
