Cassandra Ellen Zuokemefa, 60, of Waynesboro, VA and formerly of Rutherford County, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Cardinal House, Waynesboro, VA. Ms. Zuokemefa was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Veterans Cemetery. The U.S. Air Force will provide Military Honors.
