Charles Eugene "Chuck" Mcdaris

Charles Eugene Chuck McDaris, 63, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County he was a son of Virginia Lou Black McDaris, and the late Henry Harold McDaris. He was also preceded in death by his brother, David Marshal McDaris. Chuck was a member of Trinity of Fairview since 1997. Surviving in addition to his mother are his sisters: Jennifer McDaris of Fletcher, and Cindy Gibson and husband Steve of Fairview; nieces and nephews: Adam McDaris, Rachel Sampica, Travis McDaris, Tracey McDaris, Rebekah Morris, T.J. McDaris, and Tim Gibson; and 6 great nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 PM Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Trinity of Fairview with Rev. Stacey Harris officiating. The family will receive friends following the service Wednesday at the church.
