Charles Steven Lynn

Asheville - Charles Steven Lynn, 67, of 95 Unaka Ave., died Thursday July 4, 2002 at his residence. A native of Broward County, Florida. He had resided in Buncombe County for over 50 years. He was a Juke Box repairman for over 20 years and a son of the late Charles Wendell and Anna Belle Stevens Lynn. Surviving are his wife, Yvonne Grant Lynn of the home; daughters, Myra Butler and husband, Mike of Arden, Joy Turbeville and husband, Joe of Sumter, SC and Stephanie Taylor and husband, Danny of Asheville; sons, Steven Lynn, Jr. of Arden, S. Patrick Grant and wife, Cindy of Bryson City and James Paul Lynn & wife, Elizabeth of Largo, Florida; step mother, Elizabeth J. Lynn of Gainesville, Georgia; sisters, Wanda Hudson and Beverly Dobina both of Gainesville; brother, Jeffery Lynn of Texas; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Cecil Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends following services at the funeral home.
