Clyde Berry Dean

Asheville - Clyde Berry Dean, 73, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Swain County, he had resided in Buncombe County since 1982. He was a retired tram operator in a steel mill. He was the son of the late Harry and Minnie Hodge Dean Frady. He was also preceded in death by two sisters. Surviving are his children: Dennis Neal Dean and wife Kathy of Schererville, IN, Duwana Faye Rogers and husband Jerry of Cave City, KY, and Darryl Gene Dean and wife Lori of Valparaiso, IN; grandchildren: T.J., Delilah, Michelle, Kimberly, Kenneth, Melissa, and Eddie; and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
