Connie Brown

Connie Brown, 62, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, May 21, 2017. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County she was a daughter of the late John and Evelyn Chapman Brown. Connie was a graduate of Enka High School and AB Tech. She was of the Presbyterian faith, and an employee with Ingles Supermarkets. Surviving are her sisters: Janice Elaine Brown and Louise Brown Fontaine; brothers: John Richard Rusty Brown and wife Rosemary, and Gerald Keith Jerry Brown and wife Patsy; nieces and nephew: Kimberly Anstine, Kerri Edwards, Melanie Hudson, Jennifer Ogle, Brandy Martin, and John Paul Fontaine; and several beloved great nieces and great nephews. Memorial services will be held at 4 PM Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, 725 Asbury Rd., Candler with Rev. Dr. Michael Kurtz officiating.
