Dan Knick

Candler - Daniel Robert Dan Knick, 68, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Buncombe County, Mr. Knick had worked as a truck driver for a local moving company. He was the son of the late Lyndon and Ruth Zachary Knick. Surviving are his son, Daniel Robert Knick, Jr. and wife Taryn; grandson, Zachary Dalton Knick; sisters: Lynda Rewis and Cynthia Ashford; brother, Glenn Knick and wife Susan; and loved by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wade Zachary officiating. Burial will follow in Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 2:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
