Danny Ledford

HENDERSONVILLE - Danny Edward Ledford, 42, of 225 Old King Road passed away Friday, November 20, 2009 at his home. A native and resident of Buncombe County most of his life, he had resided in Henderson County the past 9 years. He is a son of the late Harold Lloyd Ledford and Rose Lee Mathis Ledford. Surviving are his children, Shane Edward Ledford of Leicester and Kaylee Ledford of Woodfin; grandchildren, Makenzie, Jordan, Carmen and Bradon; sisters, Kathy Swanger of Mars Hill, Brenda Nolan of Old Fort, Betty Brackett of Candler and Mary Grant of Nebo; brothers, Jerry Ledford of Candler and Donald Ledford of Arden; adopted family, Rhonda, Daniel and Michael Arnold and Lacie and Jesica Moore; 13 nieces & nephews and 9 great nieces & nephew. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
