David Carl Madison Sr.

Asheville - David Carl Madison, Sr., 44, died Friday August 8, at Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City. A native of New Jersey, he had lived in Asheville since 1996 and was employed by Frito Lay. He was a son of William and Ruth Madison of Cocoa, FL. Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Maria of the home; son, David Madison, Jr. of Raleigh; daughter, Kristina McLarty and husband Bobby of Asheville; Grandson, Daniel of Asheville; sister, Sue Hildebrand and husband Peter of Sussex, NJ; brother, Bob Madison and wife Pam of Port St. Lucie, FL; mother-in-law, Martha Londono; brother-in-law, James Suarez and wife Risa; sister-in-law; Martha Suarez and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Jonathan North officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery.
