Debra Louise Keffer

Debra Louise Keffer, 59, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at her residence while surrounded by her family.

She was a daughter of the late Melvin Spencer Williams and Juanita Marie Spencer.

Debra was a true mother, always giving loving support to her children, grandchildren, and extended family. She will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Juanita Masters and wife Teresa, Johnathan Williams, and Jessica Shuler; grandchildren: Kimberlie Masters, Dominic Shayegh, and Cailee Shayegh; sister, Donna Simpson; brothers: Steve Williams and wife Reba, and Melvin Williams; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
