Donna Sue Terrell Clark, a devoted homemaker, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2026, in Waynesville, North Carolina. Born on January 14, 1977, in El Paso, Texas, Donna lived a life defined by her unwavering love for her family and her steadfast commitment as a wife and mother.

Throughout her 49 years, Donna was known for her kind heart and gentle spirit. She deeply loved her family and dedicated herself to nurturing their well-being, creating a home filled with warmth, care, and lasting memories. Those who knew her remember her as a truly good person who lived with grace and compassion.

Donna is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Steve Turner, whose partnership was a source of strength and joy. Together, they raised their son, Raymond Clark, who is engaged to Heather Eicher, continuing the legacy of love and family unity. Donna’s pride extended to her grandchildren—Kimmy Turner, Raylynn Clark, Samuel Clark, Benjamin Eicher, Emily Eicher, and Oliva Eicher—who brought her immense happiness and were a bright light in her life.

Her kind nature and loving presence were also cherished by her sister, Linda Sue Turner and her husband Johnny, along with a close-knit circle of nieces and nephews: Isabella Saphire Turner, Dusty Dale Turner, Joshua Singletary, and Brandon Singletary. Donna’s extended family, including many other beloved nieces, nephews, and relatives, will dearly miss her nurturing spirit.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Layton Eugene Terrell, Sr. and Linda Sue Dyal Terrell, whose memory she honored throughout her life, and by her brother, Layton "Buddy" Eugene Terrell, Jr., whose loss was deeply felt.

A private service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
