Donna Edwards

Candler Jo Donna Edwards, 65, of Wild Rose Lane, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Mrs. Edwards was a graduate of Lee Edwards High School. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her world was her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Dale Edwards; children: Joe Piper and wife Annissa, Amie Darlene Edwards, and Maggie Joyce Edwards; grandchildren: Tommy McAbee, Brittney Wolfe, Kyle Medford, Mya Ray, and Alex Piper; sisters: Louise Allen and Vicky Kisselburg; brother, Bill Ingle; and her beloved dogs: Baby and Peeka. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. John T. Tiller officiating. The family will receive friends following the services.
