Dorothy Pagony

Asheville - Dorothy Pagony, 87, of 18 Fairfax Avenue died Sunday June 19, 2005 at the Hospice Solace Center after a period of declining health. A native of Gouverneur, NY, she lived in Rochester, NY for many years before moving to Asheville, in 1979. She was a daughter of the late Carl and Fannie Foster. Surviving are her husband, Lajos Pagony of the home; son, Richard Bopp of Fairfax, VA; daughters, Diane Howell of Oswego, OR and Roxanne Dinkines of Alexander; Brother, Glen Foster of Colorado Springs, CO; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Green Hills Cemetery with the Rev. Jane Curran officiating. Memorials may be made to: Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, P.O.
