Edwin M. "Jack" Burnette

Candler Edwin Morgan Jack Burnette, 72, of 23 Acton Woods Road passed away Thursdsay, October 9, 2008 at his home. A native of Jackson County, N.C., he had resided in Buncombe County most of life. He was former Co-Owner & Operator of Ed Burnette Painting Company and a member of Crossroads Assembly where he was very active with the Royal Rangers. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Green Hills Cemetery with Rev. George Patterson and Rev. Wade Zachary officiating. Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Crossroads Assembly. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting Mr. Burnette's family.
