Eileen Downs

Arden Eileen Downs, 88, of The Oaks of Sweeten Creek passed away Monday, September 19, 2011. A native of Birmingham, England. She had resided in Arden for the past 11 years. Mrs. Downs was the daughter of the late Dan Lewullan Davies and Elsie Gizzard Davies and the wife of the late Major Thomas Downs. Surviving are her son, David Downs of Hendersonville and granddaughter, Jessica Downs of Arden. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
