Frances Gail Fisher Ramsey

Asheville – Frances Gail Fisher Ramsey, 73, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021, at the Memorial Mission Hospital. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Elsie Fisher. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen; and brothers: Ray, Jimmy, Wayne, J.C., and Kenny. Surviving are her daughter, Janet Ramsey; step-daughter, Michelle Shelton; step-grandchildren: Brittany Brown, Brandon Shelton, and Bradley Shelton; sister, Alma Jean; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
