Frances Williams

Fairview Frances Lee Robinson Williams, 60, died Saturday May 19, 2007 at her home after an extended illness. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a member of Victory Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Bowers and Catherine Cassida Robinson and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Joy Williams and a brother. Surviving are her husband, Robert Williams of the home; son, Eddie Williams and wife Christina of Asheville; daughters, April Gettinger of Leicester and Angie English and husband Eddie of Fairview; 10 grandchildren; 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Victory Baptist Church with the Revs. Larry Sprinkle, James Lamb and Raymond Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Monday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
