Francis C. Cole Sr.

Asheville - Francis C. Cole, Sr. 69, of 289 Waynesville Ave. died Monday, November 11, 2002 at Mission St. Josephs Health System. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Jakey S. and Mary Brown Cole and was the husband of the late Bonnie Sue Shipman Cole who died March 12, 2002. Surviving are his sons, Robert C. Cole of Asheville and Francis Cole, Jr. of the home; sister, Reva Cole Franks of Asheville; brothers, Robert Cole of Alexandria, VA and Jakey Cole, Jr. of Asheville; grandchildren, Valerie Ann Cole and Christopher Cole; 2 great grandchildren. Mr. Coles family will receive friends at his home.
