Heaven Marie Smathers

Heaven Marie Smathers, born on January 12, 1999, in Asheville, departed this life unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in the same beloved city that cradled her early years. She was a radiant spirit, whose vibrant personality touched all those fortunate enough to know her.

Heaven is survived by her devoted mother, Jessica Hall, her father, Tim Smathers, and her cherished sister, Skyleigh Smathers. She held a special place in her heart for her Papaw, Danny McCurry, who provided steadfast love and support throughout her life. In addition to her immediate family, she is also survived by her loving uncle, Shane Hall, and his wife, Aunt Janie, as well as her cousin, Randy Hall, and her dear friend, Kat Wilson.

In memory of Heaven’s beautiful essence and the joy she brought to countless lives, the family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date, honoring the impact she made during her time with us.

Though her time on this earth was far too brief, Heaven Marie Smathers leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will continue to inspire those who loved her dearly.
