Helen Follett

Asheville - Helen Louise Lipe Follett, 75, formerly of 85 Tremont Street, died December 5, 2007 at The Brian Center. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late John Fred and Cora Lee Mathis Lipe. Surviving are her husband, Rev. Bill Follett; sons, Galen Follett of Robbinsville and Ron Follett of Asheville; grandchildren, Daniel, John, Jennifer, Waylon, Takeyla, Ashley and Shana and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Pine Forest Baptist Church with the Revs. Randy Crane and Royce Metcalf officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9:00 P.M. Saturday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
