Helen Shelton Jordan

Helen Shelton Jordan, 86, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018 at her residence. A native of Madison County she resided in Buncombe County for most of her life, she was a daughter of the late Steven and Ruth Shelton. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jan Kennedy, four sisters, and a brother. Surviving are her husband, John Jordan; children: Jean Shirley, Carol Jordan Sexton, Delilah Jordan, and John Jordan, II; son-in-law, Garland Kennedy; grandchildren: Lynn Kennedy, and John Sexton; great-grandchildren: Lindsey, Lilly, and Justin; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
