Jerry Mark Fletcher

Horse Shoe - Jerry Mark Fletcher, 60, of 30 Old Turnpike Road unexpectedly went home to be with his Lord Friday September 12, 2003. He was a native of Buncombe County and lived there for most of his life. He was a son of the late Houston and Lizzie Fletcher and was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jack and Charles Fletcher. Surviving are his wife, Doris Fletcher of the home; brother, Floyd Fletcher and wife Cory of Horse Shoe; sisters, Mary Fletcher of Asheville and Ruby Burrell and husband Randy of Barnardsville and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Burnette officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
