Leicester Joe Ballard passed away Saturday, June 23. He is survived by his wife, Martha; daughter, Debbie; grandson, Jacob; brother, Tommy; and best friend and fishing buddy, Bobby Hilemon. He was preceded in death by his son, Perry Lee, his parents Albert and Ola, and siblings, Clara Faye and Perry. Funeral services will be held 11 am Monday in the chapel of Anders Rice Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
