Kara Michele Hagan

Kara Michele West Hagan, 66, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. Mrs. Hagan was a daughter of Byron W. West and the late Ruby Williams West. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Maynard and Alpha Williams. In addition to her father she is survived by her husband, Gilbert C. Hagan; daughter, Noele Tackett and her husband Gary of Mars Hill; son, Byron Hagan and his wife Lisa of Fairview; grandchildren: Haleigh Hagan, Savannah Mills, Nicholas Mills, Brady Mills, Jake Mills, and Devin Tackett; and a great granddaughter, Aubree Cody. Memorial services will be held at 2PM Friday, November 6, 2015 at Woodland Hills Baptist Church of which she was a member. Rev. Pat Hand will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Friday at the church. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting the Hagan Family.
