Asheville - Kenneth Doyle Smith, 71, of 335 Emma Rd. died Saturday, December 7, 2002 at the Mountain Area Hospice Solace Center. A life long resident of Buncombe Co., he was the son of the late James Lee and Elsi Ogle Smith. Surviving is his sister, Ethel Burleson of Asheville. Private services will be held at a later date.
