Lois Pugh

Lois Mae Robinson Pugh, 91, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022. Mrs. Pugh was a native of Asheville (Buncombe County) and had resided in Columbia, SC since 1972 and was a former Medical Technician. Born October 17, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Carroll Bennett Robinson and Catherine Louise Misenheimer Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, C. Elton Pugh who died in March of 1983. Surviving are her sister, Carolyn Louise “Kaye” McCraw of High Point; brother, Carroll B. “Joe” Robinson, Jr. and wife, Linda of Wilmington and a number of nieces and nephews. Private burial was held at Green Hills Cemetery in Asheville. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting the family.
