Lori Cheadle

Arden – Lucy Marie “Lori” Depew Cheadle, 58, of 24 Joshua Ridge, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. A native of Johnson City, TN, she had resided in Buncombe County since 1978. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother who adored her grandchildren and all of her family. She was a daughter of the late Vernon Mac Depew and Greta Sue Campbell Depew and was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Hanna Depew. Surviving are her husband, John Paul Cheadle, Sr, of the home; sons, John Paul Cheadle, Jr, of Wirtz, VA and Luke Harmon Cheadle (Jennifer) of Arden; twin daughters, Victoria Darlene Cheadle of Arden and Nicole Elaine Cheadle of Asheville; grandchildren, Nathan, Luke, Jr, Christine and Jaydon; sisters, Brenda Elaine Hale (Brian) of Gray, TN and Rosanna Peterson (Roy) of Telford, TN; brother, Robert Lee Depew and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
