Lucille Plemmons

Asheville - Lucille Plemmons, 73, of apt # 1109, 1 Battle Square died Wednesday August 15, 2001 at the Mountain Area Hospice Solace Center. A native of Buncombe County. Miss Plemmons resided in Chicago, Illinois for 36 years prior to returning to Asheville in May of 1989. She was a retired secretary with a Designing Company and a daughter of the late Furman William Plemmons and Ethel Lake Plemmons. Surviving are her sisters, Ruth Florence Miller of Seneca, S.C. and Bernice Elizabeth Wires of Chicago, Illinois and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins including Judy Rhymer of Asheville. No services are planned. Memorials may be made to Hospice , P.O. 25338, Asheville, N.C. 28813. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
