Lucille Wilds

Asheville Lucille Princess Reese Wilds, 73, of 40 Swift St. died Monday August 22, 2005 at the Beverly Health Care Center. A native of Madison County, she had lived in Buncombe County for many years and was a long time member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church. She retired in 1995 from Memorial Mission Hospital after 36 years service as a nursing assistant. She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Safronia Wallin Reese and the wife of the late Clyde Wilds. Surviving are her daughters, Annette Medford of Stedman and Theresa Morrow of Asheville; sisters, Vista Lisenbee and Dollie Payne both of Marshall; a brother, Bobby Reese of Marshall; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Revs. Gerald Sprinkle and C.W. Anthony officiating. Burial will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
