Macar Sargarovschi

Asheville Macar Sargarovschi, 80, of Asheville, passed away peacefully at his home Monday, March 21, 2016. A native of Moldova, Mr. Sargarovschi was a minister for over 40 years, serving lastly at Bethea Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Maxsim and Tatiana Sargarovschi. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Ustina Curmei Sargarovschi; children: Sasa, Sara, Alik, Luba, Iulia, Nina, Simion, Ana, Andrei, and Natalia; 29 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 9:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
