Margie Burrell Blackwell

Rockingham – Margie Elizabeth Burrell Blackwell, 67, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at her residence.

Mrs. Blackwell was a daughter of the late Vance Edward Burrell and Margie Elizabeth Marlor Burrell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John “Johnny” Blackwell who died August 2, 2018; and brothers: Edward Burrell, and Howard Burrell.

Surviving are her daughter, Ann Blackwell Stafford and Fiancé Robert Stafford; sons: John Blackwell, Jr., and William Blackwell and wife Cindy; sisters: Mary Parker, Naomi Poore, Anna Freeman, and Shirley Jones; brother, David Burrell; and many nieces and nephews.
