Mary Deleane Rader

Asheville Mary Deleane Rader, 64, of Old Haywood Road, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Buncombe County, she had resided here for most of her life. Mrs. Rader was a member of True Faith Holiness Church. She was the daughter of the late Charles Edwin Kaylor and Mary Ruth Prater Doty. Surviving are her husband, Guy Deward Rader; sons: Harold Lee Ball of Alexander, Donald Ray Ball and Dewayne Ball, both of Asheville, and Charles Ball of Mars Hill; daughter, Denise Ball Plemmons of Leicester; sister, Lois Ball of Georgia; brother, Donald Kaylor of Asheville; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 PM Monday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory, with the Rev. Michael Davis officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM 12:00 PM Monday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
