Mary Gentry Justice

Asheville – Mary Evelyn Justice, 84, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 2, 2022.

A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Fannie Corn Gentry. She was also preceded in death by her husband of over 65 years, Ralph Justice; and sister, Lorraine Morris.

Mrs. Justice worked for Mills Mfg., and then for Square D until retirement in 1986. Following her work with Square D, she and her husband owned and operated Justice Tree Service.

Surviving are her brothers: Charles Gentry and Roger Gentry; special cousin, Bruce Fisher; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with Rev. Roger Rearden officiating. A private burial will follow at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory on Wednesday.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday immediately following the service at the funeral home.
