Mary R. Frisbee

Asheville Mary Alice Rice Frisbee, 71, of 25 Reddick Road died Monday February 5, 2007 at St. Josephs Hospital. A native and resident of Buncombe for most of her life, she was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Mamie West Rice and the wife of the late Fred M Frisbee. Surviving are her daughter, Linda Nettles of Asheville; sons, Michael James Watford of Asheville and David Henry Watford of Florida; sister, Annie Black of Marshall; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Dean Hensley officiating. Burial will be in the Clark Family Cemetery in Mars Hill. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
