Melinda Ann Russ Nelon Williams

Melinda Ann Russ Nelon Williams, 46, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of Linda Ann Stanley Russ of Woodfin, and George Henry Russ, II of Weaverville. She was preceded in death by her son, Latt Estele Clemmons, and two infant children. Surviving in addition to her parents are her children: Ashley Moore, Kimberly Clemmons, Johnny Nelon, and Elinda Nelon; and brother, Weldon John Russ. Memorial graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the Russ-Higgins Family Cemetery, Higgins Road, Weaverville, NC.
