Charlotte Newassa Carrie Taylor Duvall of 9200 Glen Water Drive passed away, Wednesday February 8, 2012, at the University Place Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center. A native of Jones County and a resident of Mecklenburg County she was a former Elementary School Teacher and of the Methodist Faith. Private Burial will be held Friday in Green Hills Cemetery, Asheville. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
