Nicholas Sluder

Alexander - Nicholas Sluder, 95, passed away Tuesday July 13, 2010 at the Brian Center in Weaverville. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he had retired from American Enka Corp. And was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII He was the son of the late Gaston and Etta Rogers Sluder. Surviving are his wife, Dora Alice Lilly Sluder of the home; daughter, Tara Lynn Sluder Runion and husband Phil of Asheville and grandchildren, Nicholas Lee Runion of Apex and Ashley Diane Runion of Asheville.
