Pearlene Morrow

Asheville - Pearlene Pressley Morrow, 83, passed away Sunday at The Laurels of Greentree Ridge. A native of Haywood County, she had lived in Buncombe County since 1946. She was a daughter of the late Hobert and Nora Mae Pressley and the wife of the late Clyde Morrow, Sr. She was also preceded in death by a grandson. Surviving are her daughter, Linda Levi and husband Lawrence of Candler; sons, Clyde Morrow, Jr. and wife Verda of Big Piney, MO and Steve Morrow and wife Marian of Sumter, SC; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, one sister and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Thurman officiating. Burial will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
