Peggy J. Taylor

Asheville - Peggy Jean Snelson Taylor, 66 of 2 Melody Lane died Friday January 28, 2005 at St. Josephs Hospital after an extended illness. A native of Madison County, she had lived all her life in Buncombe County. She was a member of Merrimon Avenue Baptist Church. She was the daughter of Edna Snelson of Leicester and the late Herman Snelson. Surviving in addition to her mother are her son, Michael D. Taylor of Hendersonville; daughter, Kathy Taylor of Asheville; Granddaughter, Amy Taylor of Hendersonville and brother, J.B. Snelson of Leicester. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Snelson Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4:00 P.M. Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
