Phyllis Ann Norton, born on April 28, 1953, in Newport, TN, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025, at the Bear Mountain Nursing Home in Asheville.
Phyllis graduated from Spring Creek High School where she was an highly competitive, outstanding student-athlete and homecoming queen. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Stevenson Norton, and their two sons: Tommy Stevenson Norton, II and his wife Terri, and Jeffrey Dean Norton. Phyllis is also survived by her grandchildren: Jeremiah, Perpetua, Christian and Zechariah Norton, whose laughter and love brought light to her life.
