Reynolds Robert Revis

Weaverville Reynolds Robert Revis, 64, of 85 North Buncombe High School Road, died Sunday April 29, 2007 at the Asheville VAMC following an extended illness. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County. He was employed with the V. A. Medical Center, was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a son of the late Reynolds and Marguarite Greene Revis. Surviving are his two sons, Michael Revis and wife Candace of Weaverville and Ernie Revis of Weaverville; grandchildren, Sydney, Shaunna and Hunter Revis. Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with the Rev. Steve Conard officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Tuesday at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
