Candler - Richard Ray Brown, 39, of 347 Oak Hill Road, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 24, 2008 at his home. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was the son of Sewall Ray and Minnie Annette Whitted Brown of Rutledge, TN. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Crystal Ann Brown of Asheville; and sister, Tammy Michelle Brown of Boston, MA. No services are planned at this time.
